Ryan and Dean’s wedding at The Refinery in Brisbane

Brisbane

Ryan and Dean made their wedding at The Refinery feel entirely their own. They skipped a formal sit-down reception in favour of a relaxed celebration and a big party. The ceremony and reception spaces were close together, keeping the day simple and their friends nearby.

They chose to have some portraits around The Calile before the ceremony, then slipped out for a short sunset wander near The Refinery. That gave them more time with their guests. If you are planning something similar, confirm access with each location first: The Calile’s current policy reserves wedding photography in its public and event spaces for weddings held at the hotel.
