Clinton and Alice’s wedding in Suffolk, England

Clinton and Alice’s wedding in Suffolk became one of the most meaningful experiences of my working life. England was beautiful to photograph, but it was the welcome from their families and friends that made the trip so special.

I arrived early and spent a week getting to know everyone. By the time I reached Church Farm, the long journey from Australia felt entirely worthwhile. I was being welcomed into a family, not simply arriving for a job.

These photographs tell only part of what that week meant to me. I hope they carry some of the kindness, warmth and joy that surrounded Clinton and Alice as they celebrated.
