Dan and Kendra’s country wedding in Maine

Dan and Kendra’s celebration was my first wedding in the United States, and a wonderful introduction to Maine. A church ceremony, backyard games and a lively gathering of family and friends made it a day full of character.

Spending the week with Kendra’s family beforehand let me get to know the people and the story behind the wedding. By the time the day arrived, I felt welcomed into something much bigger than a photography booking.

The connection between Dan and Kendra was clear to everyone around them. I am grateful that they invited me to photograph such a meaningful part of their lives.
