A birthday with the Buchanan family

When I received a voice message from Colin Buchanan, I recognised his voice immediately. Being invited to photograph him and his family at home was a lovely surprise.

We spent the day together on his wife’s birthday. It was a privilege to see a little of their family life and to make photographs of the people and moments that mattered to them.
